IPhone camera settings upside down

The settings on my camera are upside down. Not sure how I've managed this but to see the touch screen settings buttons on the camera I now have to turn it upside Down. Also my photos are all saved upside down. Can anyone give me advice as to how I did this and how I can change it back to the right way up. Thanks
