... Separate/select audio channels ...

Is it possible to select audio channel for monitoring ?

I have some footage with interview and the journalist need to listen only channel 1 (microphone) and mute the channel 2 (camera built in microphone).
As the same in XDCAM Transfer.

Final Cut Server (and XDCAM Transfer) aren't set up to adjust what has been recorded (there's not even a volume control).

Just open the computer's Sound system preference pane and pan the output all the way to the left.

Of course if you are going through a mixer you can just mute channel 1, or if you're wearing earphones take the one out of your right ear...

It not a question of setup what has been recorded, but XDCAM has the option, easier to listen.

So no solution, except "bidouille" !
