Is it possible to set trackmarks on a mix without playback-interruption?

I´ve mixed my favourite songs in waveburner and now have a mix of one hour with nice crossfades between the single tracks.
Only problem: I cannot switch between the tracks on my Ipod, because the whole mix is just one mp3.
That´s why I´m wondering, if there are possibilities to switch forward to several songs of my mix by setting trackmarks or similar.
The issue is to have the mix still beeing played fluently from beginning to the end and not having short breaks at the end of the single tracks.
