You can call Apple support to find out if they still have original OS X disks available for your system. Apple has been letting the disk inventory run out, so they may or may not still have them. Last I recall they were charging around $60 for the set.

Last year I paid $25 for the +Additional Software Disc+ (this was for the iMac G5) that contains the AHT. Just call Apple with the Serial no. of your computer.
