Sending a ringtone to another iPhone 4 user

I spent considerable time with my friend creating a set of personal ringtones for her iPhone. She has an iMac and we added them to her iPhone, she assigned them and then went on a trip, bought a MacBook Pro and uses it only for recharging her iPhone.

Somehow she has lost her ringtones. I have them in my iTunes. Can I send them as an attachment to her so she can receive them on her iPhone and somehow place them in her iPhone ringtone library and reassign them?

Am I making sense here?

I was hoping to avoid the sending to iTunes then syncing back because, she did not use the MacBook Pro as her original MobileMe sync machine, she used her iMac at home. If she syncs she is fearful of losing any new contacts and/or duplicating her current (200) contacts (to 400). I have advised her to uncheck the option to sync contacts/calendar and just sync ringtones (if possible) but since I'm not at my Mac Pro I can't check my own iPhone 4 iTunes account to see if that is an option. She may worry that if she syncs the ringtones in iTunes that she will lose or duplicate her music.
