recording multiple monitors?

Hi, I've been searching and searching for an answer to my question, but I haven't really found any solutions I liked, so I thought I'd ask here.

I'm looking for a way to record the screen on my Wacom Cintique 12x. I know that Quicktime X allows screen recordings, however, everytime I go to record only my Cintique's screen, it ends up recording only my main monitor. How do I get Quicktime X to record my Cintique's screen?

I've tried Jing to capture it, and I liked it, but I didn't like the fact that it cost almost 15$ a year just so that I can capture my Cintique's screen. Plus the fact that the video is only viewable in SWF format and only through their website is ridiculous.

So any info (be it quicktime or not) would be really helpful! Thank you!
