Clicks in Voice recordings - is this a Sound Interface Problem?

In every 2nd or 3rd Voice Recording i have a click Sound in it. A Little Noise like antistatic Sound of a Vinyl Player.

I have a soundinterface USB cakewalk or Roland ua25ex with 48v Power on a ntg2 rode mic.
Is this a latency Problem?
What can i do?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.3)

What frequency and format? STP likes 48k aiff

Yes 48khz like my videofiles in 16bit, the same adjustments in my audiointerface.

I find a "Ground/lift" function at the backside of the audiointerface.
i`ll try this tomorrow
