USERNAME OR PASSWORD NOT VALID FOR ITUNES????

CHANGED MY PASSWORD LIKE 4 TIMES. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE ON THE ITUNES STORE?

Yup! I can neither log in most of them time, nor download my pre-ordered album. iTunes thinks my network connection is no good, or my password is no good. Not so. I'm posting this message right no, ON THE INTERNET, and I can view the store just fine. God forbid I would try to download something I already paid for. That would be plain silly, wouldn't it? Ugh.

I wish I had an answer. Been going through my acct all **** night thinking it was being hacked and shut the account payment methods down. If the site is down then just say so!!! People are going nuts. Took me about 1/2 hour to realize there wasnt a thread so i created one. Apparently im not the only one!!! Thanks for clearing that up.

I'm glad I'm not the only with this problem. I agree, that Apple should let their customers know if the site is down and having technical difficulties. Instead they have us pulling our hair out because we think there is something wrong with our account.

After doing some additional research, this isn't the first time this has happened. Yet, it seems apple doesn't give an exact reason why this problem is occurring.
