Can't restore iPad

I am trying to do a clean restore of my iPad (currently running 4.2) and when I click on the restore button, I get the following message:

+There was a problem downloading the software for the iPad "jiPad". The requested resource was not found.+

I can click on the More Information or the OK button. The More Info button just brings me to an apple support page without any specific info about this message.

Any ideas?

This has been happening for well over a week now.
