Kindle

Some of the Kindle books come with audio and video. I recently downloaded a sample of the eBook Decoded and it for some reason just plays the video and not the audio. Anyone know why that is?

Did you check all the specs for the book? The Amazon page for the book will tell you which Kindle versions it will work with.

I did that, it says that it specifically is made for the iPhone, iPad, iTouch devices.

What's the name of the book? I didn't think that Kindle supported video so I'm unfamiliar with Kindle books that do.

It's Jay-Z Decoded, I can play the video on the iPad but not the audio, the mute switch is off and everything.

Do you just have the sample? Or the whole book? As it sounded like an interesting book, I bought it. The video clips play just fine for me, including audio. So, either the videos don't work right in the sample or, if you have the whole book, you have a bad copy and need to contact Amazon.
