i went to jagadesh market but people there said there is no unlocking solution released yet fr iphone4

No shop can unlock an iPhone. It can only be done by the carrier to which the iPhone was originally locked. You will need to contact the carrier and ask if they offer unlocking services; not all do.

I am in trouble as my sister gifted me iphone 4[ios 5.0 (94334) AT&T firmware 4.11.08] from USA.I am unable to make calls as it is locked.Is there any solution available for unlocking this awesome phone..i m from ludhiana(punjab) india..thanks in advance
AT&T does NOT unlock iPhones. Send it back to the US or sell it. You can NOT use that phone at all.
Let me answer you. Its a result of your own acts. You people like to jailbreak and unlock your devices and then fall in such problems. Now you cannot do anything because your device has been wasted.
If you find any solution on the Internet it must be fake and they will charge you $25 and with NO actual results.
Niether there is any software unlock for 4.11.08 nor the famous gevey sim can unlock this baseband. You cannot downgrade your baseband.
