Music Icon Missing

IPHONE 3G 32g version 4.2.1 The Music Icon is missing.

1. I went to:
General
Settings:
Reset:
Reset Home Screen Layout

and nothing happened

2. I go to settings to see all the icons and music is not listed

3. I uninstalled Itunes and reinstalled and still it does not appear.

Any Suggestions on how to get music on my IPHONE
