Music videos only black screen with audio

Interesting problem:

Some music videos bought from the iTunes store a while ago are only playing audio with a black screen. If transferred to another computer they play fine. I tried reinstalling iTunes, downloading QuickTime 7 (grasping at straws). Is there some preference file I can delete or something?
