Sync Mac to Mac

I'm sure this must have been asked, but can't see it. Is it possible to sync address books between two Macs?

MacBook Pro 3,1, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

It is, but not using iSync - iSync is for syncing contacts, calendars and tasks to third-party mobile phones.

You can use Apple's own MobileMe: http://www.apple.com/mobileme

Or Google Sync: http://www.google.com/sync/mac.html

Or Fruux: http://fruux.com/

Or AddressBookServer: http://www.addressbookserver.com/

Or SyncTogether: http://www.markspace.com/synctogether/index.html

... personally, I use MobileMe as it is the most well-integrated into the OS.
