Black and white/grayscale version of Pages file?

I created a newsletter in Pages. For printing purposes, I need to be able to save it as a black/white PDF. I can save as PDF, and I can print the PDF in grayscale, but I can't figure out if there is a way to create a black and white version of a Pages file, either in Pages or as a PDF.

Does what I am asking make any sense? I have to email my newsletter for someone else to print, and if I send the color version, they'll just print the color version in b/w, and some of my text won't show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
