Phone support call center Philippines closed on Sat at 1130a? Hours?

I thought that the call centers are open at least 6 days a week, or at least open on Saturday mornings, but the Philippine call center "is now currently closed." Does anyone know what its hours are?

I called yesterday and left a message with a senior support expert, or whatever their proper title is, and the outgoing message says that they are open 6 days a week. I hope that you can understand my confusion about why therefore they are closed on a Saturday morning.
