Error code 2037

Same here. Unknown Error 2037. I'm not able to buy from Itunes Store. Credit Card works fine. Please, help.

Just de-authorized all my iTunes authorized computers. Then, authorized new MBA 11" for iTunes. Want to download movie but keep getting "error code 2037". No problem downloading Podcasts; seems to have to do with purchased items. I checked my account and all the information is current and correct. What gives?
When I try to find phone number or email address for Apple iTunes Store troubleshooting, nothing seems to pop out on the website. How does one resolve this issue? I want to download a movie to watch on the plane.

yup having this same error ever since i was notified that i had an update for itunes ever since updating i had this problem. im assuming its cause of this updated version. hopefully apple resolves it soon.

I'm also having the same problem and have been for about 4 days now. Apple still hasn't answered my trouble ticket I submitted.

Same error for 4 days. It's happening on all my apple products, iPhone, AppleTV, Macbook. I even spoke to them on the phone and they said they would email with a solution. Nothing has happened in 4 days and I'm still getting the same error. I just placed another case, hope they can get back to me this 3rd try.
Somehow my view of Apple is starting to change: horrible customer service, and I have to beg to them to be able to buy from them? That's the world upside down.

Fix this!!

The same thing is happening to me. THREE straight days of error code 2037. Obvious trend here APPLE! Can you answer these questions or do you plan on ignoring the problem?!

Address the question and let people know what the problem is!

Three days for me as well. No response to my ticket from the Apple team yet.

So finally they respond to me about error 2037, and this is what they said:

"Apple is currently working toward a resolution for the issue you have reported. You will receive an email after the matter has been investigated and further information is available.Thank you for your patience. Apple wants your iTunes experience to be as enjoyable as possible."

I am also having this problem. Has anyone gotten any resolution or explanation yet?

I just tried purchasing 2 apps both from my computer and my iPhone. The iPhone looks like its going to download the app, but then the icon just disappears before it begins the download. On my PC I get error 2037.

Same deal here. 2037 Error. Then I tried changing payment information, you know, using a different card. Now none of my cards are able to be "verified" by the store. They just want me to contact customer support. . . . hmmm

I'm happy to report that the error code disappeared and I was able to complete my iTunes purchase on the MBAir. I never contacted Apple directly about it. It just resolved. It was the first and only time I ever had a problem buying using iTunes. You don't amass $50 Billion in cash by obstructing the purchasing process for too long. I hope yours will be worked out soon. I only get the error code when attempting to purchase an app, doesn't happen when purchasing music (I was able to buy an album without any problems). So, I think it's an App Store anomaly, not an iTunes-wide snafu. That said, APPLE, FIX IT!!! I've been trying to purchase apps for the last two days!!!
