Make sure that Safari is configured properly, JavaScript on, accepting cookies, etc. You might clear the cache and cookies to see if that helps. You could try powering down, or a hard reset. Or you could try on a different browser.

What did I say that led you to think I was unaware that you were talking about an iPad? As for how to use a different browser, well, first you download it. From the App Store. To your iPad.

Host name will whatever short, unique name you want to use to identify that account. You get info on incoming and outgoing mail servers from whoever you're using; check their help and support areas.
