An unknown error occurred (4002)
Hello,
I've seen similar questions, but none with the same number. I've tried the solutions mentioned anyway, but no luck. Ok, here's the issue: I get the following error message every time I launch iTunes, "We could not complete your iTunes store request. An unknown error occurred (4002)."
I click OK and am able to make purchases and sync my devices, so it doesn't seem to have any adverse effect on using iTunes. BUT IT'S ANNOYING! Seriously, I just want to get rid of the error message. It bugs me.
