Forgot password to a game center account and when I go to iforgot and put all of the correct information it says "You are not a member of the administrator group." What does that mean and how do I get the password back?
I've had the same problem with my daughter and I'm getting really annoyed about it. After it happened the first time, she made a second game center account. By accident, she logged out of this new one today, and now can't log back in, it says her apple id is incorrect and when we go to iforgot, that "you are not a member of the administrator group" message pops up, and we can't do anything!!! We know we are putting in the right password.
When are Apple going to fix this because it seems that there are a few people who have the same problem.
