Need to turn on Bonjour...

Hi all, first post.

Recently Bonjour has decided to turn itself off. Now I need to turn it back on to get full functionality. The way I've been told to do it is control panel > Administrative services > Bonjour but I don't seem to have a "control panel" in itunes 10? Is this just me? I've checked every menu and cant find it. Is there a different way to do it in itunes 10 or do i have a broken copy of itunes?

The control panels in question are your Windows control panels (rather than an iTunes control panel).

Let's try to get into the appropriate menu in a slightly different way.

In your Start Menu, right-click Computer and select "Manage".
Expand "Services & Applications".
Open "Services". (Maximise the window to better see what's going on.)
Select the BonJour Service and try to start it.

Does it start or do you get an error message? If you get an error message, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)
