Strange Colors

I have a macbook, about 1.5 years old. In good condition. Suddenly last week the colors were suddenly different? White is black and blue is orange, etc... I have looked various of the settings and can't seem to figure out what is wrong. Everything else seems to be normal. Any guidance or help would be most appreciated! Thanks.
