What is Activity Monitor PID 47, Process Name "ispyd"?

Everytime I get out of Google Earth I can't shake a process called "ispyd." It take almost 1 g of my ram. That process is always in my activity monitor but sits there drawing a mere 988kb until I have the Google Earth problem. I have to do a quit process or restart to get it to normal. What is this process and is it something triggered by certain apps??

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.5), 8g ram, 2.8GHz Core i5 iMac ( Mid 2010)
