how to transfer apps from one computer to another one.

i'm going to be reformatting my computer i have a load of apps backed up as not all are on the phone, what do i do here, i do have an old laptop how do i put them on that?

Will tell you how to backup your entire library & restore such to a new computer. Make sure when done, you authorize your computer: Store>Authorize this Computer. If you want to move your iPhone backup(contains your app data), this document will tell you where such is located:
