Mirroring Cursor Position on Presenter Display and Slideshow

This question pertains to presenting slideshows at large meetings where the slideshow is shown on multiple LCD projectors. The only way to point to objects in this setting is with the cursor controlled by a mouse- using a laser pointer, for example, would only work for one screen while the presentation is showing on many screens. I would like to use the presenter display on my macbook pro while presenting, and be able to see the cursor position mirrored on the "Current Slide" of the presenter display, as well as appear on the slideshow slide (on the second display) in the same position. This functionality is available in Powerpoint. Is it currently available in Keynote? If not, how about for the future? This is really necessary for professional talks where you cannot easily see a second screen to move the cursor around!!
