"Convert entire clip"

I've got about 40 iPhone vids that I am putting to music. How do I batch prepare them so that I don't have to "Convert Entire Clip" to each one. For instance, if I want to slow a clip down, I have to convert the clip first. Is there a way to do that to all of them at once, so I don't have to sit around and wait while it converts it on the fly? Yes, I'm impatient.

I think if you right click on the Event, you can do the whole Event at once. However, I don't know of a way to do multiple Events all at once. Maybe someone else will.
