Track and album information- no CD

Is it possible, using WB, to create song files with album and artist data that can be seen in itunes? This is what I want to do:

1. Master an album in WB and bounce the tracks.
2. Upload the tracks to a personal website, making them available for download by others.
3. When downloaded and "imported" into itunes, the tracks show up in the correct order with track and album information.

I think the answer to this is, "no", but would be grateful if someone could confirm or otherwise.
