Airport Express for both music streaming and creating a wifi network?

A very naive question but can you use an Airport Express to create a wireless network AND use it to stream music to your stereo?

Instructions for which aspect? It's all done in AirPort Utility. The Wi-Fi aspects are configured in the AirPort and Internet panels. The music streaming is configured in the Music panel.

As William mentions, you'll use AirPort Utility to configure your AirPort Express. If you click "Continue" when you open the application, AirPort Utility will walk you through the setup of a wireless network and how to enable AirTunes.
