iCal & Exchange -- "revert to server" over&over

This one is killing me. I've got an office of 20 Snow Leopard users accessing an Exchange 2007 server. Every now & then, a delegate with read-only access will get an error " The account can't be modified. To discard your changes and continue using the version of your calendars that's on the server, click Revert to Server. To save your changes on your computer until the problem is resolved. click Go Offline."

I've had them revert to server. I've deleted all their calendar info & started over. I've checked & unchecked Time Zone support. Nothing works. Help?

MacBook (well, mine is a MacBook, but clients use all kinds.), Mac OS X (10.6.5)

I sync 3 Macs. I have noticed that whenever moving or changing multiple events in iCal these errors or warnings (revert to server etc) pop up. What works for me when I get any of the errors is to go to the menu bar / Calendar drop down and select "Go Offline" then wait a moment, go back and select "Go Online". Works every time for me...

* I have also have found that when I need to make more then a few changes to events in iCal, if I select "Go Offline" first, then make my changes, then "Go Online" everything works as expected WITHOUT ERRORS...
