How to turn off MacBook pro display when using external monitor?
Hi guys.
I have just bought a Dell u2410 display and I wanna use it as the ONLY monitor for my MacBook Pro while still using the keyboard and touch pad on the MacBook. But how do I turn off the MacBook display? If I check "mirror display" the Dell gets all unsharp looking so doing that and turn down the brightness of the MBP doesn't seem to work.
But if the displays aren't mirrored I get the menu bar on the Dell and the dock on the MacBook.
How do I disable the MacBook Pro display? (I use minDisplay to DVI)
Thanks 🙂
