How to use Automator to print documents?

Basically I have no idea how to use Automator. I tried it before and got so confused. Everyday I go to newsday.com and download the daily crossword puzzle using the "Fast" setting in my printer to save ink. Is there a way using Automator to have it automatically print out the puzzle daily using the "Fast" setting, at the same time everyday?

 iMac11,3  2.93 GHz Intel Core i7  4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Mac OS X (10.6.5),  iMac8,1  2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo  4 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

There's also an Automator forum under OS X 10.5 Leopard that might get you some traction. Good computing.
