Upgrading Apps in Itunes

Just tried to update my apps by connecting Iphone to my computer and doing in Itunes. Unfortunately, I am no longer given that option--I certainly don't want to waste band width and time updating using my Iphone. Did they disable this feature in 4.2. If not, how does one do it.
