Apple Store Indonesia

Last Dec 10, I bought an iPad from store.apple.com/id which stated that the price is including local VAT.

The iPad supposed to arrived today (from the estimated shipping time)

Today I checked with courier company (DHL) and informed that my iPad will be returned to origin because of the import duty and tax problem in Indonesia. I tried to call store support but could not get through.

Could you inform me if there is any other phone number that I can call to check about the shipment? Or could apple staff called me and explain about the matter?

There are clearance problems when I purchase ipad from apple store in the Indonesia's Customs. It seemed like apple is not prepared for the shipping of our shopping items and ended up customers have to wait for so long and no confirmation on when the items will be delivered or when the refund can be credit back to our credit card. This just VERY DISSAPOINTMENT i ever had shopping online, and it's apple store that i shop, big company online store but ended up having issues on Custom Clearance. It's such a SHAME....
