Bluetooth serial failure

I Pad conveniently has a Bluetooth chip tucked inside it.? Oh I appologise to all concerned my keyboard is not wireless sorry please disregard,my question is How do Idelete this message as I seem to have won a serial failure. regards pyrope.

This was a bit of a error what the problem is I knave a message telling me I have A Bluetooth serial failure
In so much that it has Failed to open an RFCOMM serial channel in what I have not a clue.

I assume you are asking the keyboard colour if so it is silver body with White keys so I suspect that confuses the situation

I am sorry to say that I still have the same problem I have searched but cannot find anything that will give me a clue. All I can say is that the only way I can use my system is to drag it as far off the screen as possible for instance at the moment bottom right corner.

It means that I still have this error message on my screen and the only way I
can use my screen is to drag the message to one side in other words off of the text or message. I am typeing this on my iPod which has no problems.

Now it is my turn to say sorry I do not understand. I have only one problem and that is I have this message on my PC which tells me "A Bluetooth serial failure has occurred and a failure to open RFCOMM serial channel."
my keyboard used with my PC is perfect and that goes for this one on the iPad. AllIwish to find out is how do I enable my device with the required authentication as I previously mentioned I have looked in the Hardware contents under Bluetooth. T he only place I can see that requires this is on the trackpad Incomming serial port 1
Which is named Bluetooth -PDA-Sync RFCOMM Channel 3. I do hope this information will be of assistance.
