iPad user guide, safari add a bookmark is outdated.

In the iPad user guide for safari it says to add a book mark open the page and press "+". I spent some time trying to find out what the "+" was. I finally did a search and found a page that showed where the "+" is. Then I realized it had been replaced by a different icon.
