I had my nano replaced yesterday by the Apple store. The unit they gave me came out of a cardboard box from behind the Genius counter. I was able to get all my play lists installed and the nano appeared to be working fine. Then I plugged it into charge and after awhile I hit the sleep wake button and I get the following screen "Use iTunes to Restore" Do I have another defective nano?
If a solution cannot be found in the
iPod nano (6th generation) - User Guide, call iPod Nano tech support or return to Apple Store & show them your problem.
I went to exchange it today and was told they have none to exchange it with. They will have it in a few days for me. Kind of ticks me off they have plenty for sale but they want can't use those for exchanges. I see Apple's customer service is starting to go down hill.
