ipod is disabled

Connect the iPod to the computer you normally sync it with and restore it via iTunes. You may need to connect it in *Recovery Mode* first as described in this article.

I have exactly the same problems with a friends iPod Touch - It says lots of minutes like Missbing. The problem is I put it into DFU by pressing power and home. It goes through the update but then when finished a message comes up saying "the ipod "ipod" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the request build/"

She didn't have the password typed incorrectly and the iPod is clean with out and Jailbreaking.

Please help 😀

ps. Unsure of OS since I can't get into the iPod. Model number A1288 and 8GB if helpful.... bought 2 xmas' ago
