No fingers while making or receiving a call? If so, try resetting your phone: Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release(ignore the slide to power off). If no chane after doing so, restore your phone from your most recent backup, followed by syncing your iTunes content back to your phone. If no change after restoring from backup, restore as "new", when finished, eject your phone, do not sync any content to your phone. See if things are working properly now. If so, sync your content back to your phone. If not, make an appointment at an Apple store. There are no more user troubleshooting steps available.
