Removing water from iPhone 4

I dropped my iPhone in water, and although everything works fine now, there are still water stains under the glass screen. Will these eventually evaporate on their own? If they wont, could I take apart the phone and just wipe the water out from under the screen, instead of buying a new screen?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

Hard to say, as there is obviously not much air movement to cause such.

If an iPhone 4, the screen is glued to the digitizer, thus unless you have experience in doing this, no.

Try to put it in a receipt full of rice during 2 days to see if it dries.
