ClamXav

Hello,

I'm worried about ClamXav showing 193 total errors? Does anyone have the same problem? Please let me get to know how to solve the problem. Moreover is it possible to see which files are affected?

In as much as there are no viruses that affect the Mac OS I don't know what you are so worried about.

What kind of errors? Is it finding malware? If so, what malware? It should tell you what was found, and if you control-click one of the items in the list, you'll get options for seeing where it is.

Most likely it's finding Windows malware that has made it onto your machine - via e-mail, for example. There is Mac malware that can be found by ClamXav, but it's unlikely you've installed any. See my [Mac Virus guide|http://www.reedcorner.net/thomas/guides/macvirus>
