What kind of errors? Is it finding malware? If so, what malware? It should tell you what was found, and if you control-click one of the items in the list, you'll get options for seeing where it is.
Most likely it's finding Windows malware that has made it onto your machine - via e-mail, for example. There is Mac malware that can be found by ClamXav, but it's unlikely you've installed any.
