Real strange behavior. Running ARD admin from two different 10.6.5 computers, all updated.
Managing many Mac clients, all software updated, all working fine in ARD.
There is one XServe running Server 10.6.5, when I want to move a file from one folder to another, the icon just goes "sticky" under the mouse cursor, and does not move to another location, it just follows the cursor around! The only way out of this is to Force Quit>Relaunch Finder.
All Remote management options are on.
Anyone run into this problem? Thanking for any feedback.

Should this ever occur again, you might try restarting the ARD agent software on the server via the Kickstart command:

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2370

That would not require the server to be rebooted and might clear the problem. To restart ARD, SSH into the server and send the following command:

/System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/Resources/ki ckstart -restart -agent

Regards.
