hi guys i have iPhone 3G with version 3.1.3 i downloaded viber on my iphone but when i open it asks me to put ur number and click continue ...when i put my number and click continue doesnt do anything i know im doing it right cause it founds my country code directly and asking to put my number only ..... i deleted and downloaded it many times still same problem and i tried downloading with iTunes too same again, my brother has 3G S with version 4.1 its working very normal.
can anyone help plz

If i'm correct, you described a problem that occurs to some users that they can't get the SMS with the activation code.
We are not sure about the cause to that problem, and we are working hard to fix it right now.
well everybody has the sms problem but i still didnt even reach there, when i put my number and click continue it doesnt happen anything .... and my bro have 3G S and using the same network and it worked on his.
As I said, we are working hard to fix this problem.
A solution should be ready within the next week or 2, and that'll solve your problem - you will be able to get your SMS with the code, and start using Viber to call for free 🙂

Viber works good on my iPhone 3G and iPhone 4 too, but I'm having a problem with my brother iPhone mobile number (we are in Italy).
We can call other people we know with iPhone and Viber, but we do not see eachother in the Viber list of people we can call.
I added Viber on his iPhone 3G yesterday and I still cannot see his number as a Viber number I can call. The same for him with my number that is "active" on Viber since last year and that everybody should be able to see.

hey guys as i said before and Yazeed was repeating after me, we still didnt reach the SMS stage when we open Viber it locates our country code and asks for the number, when we write the number and click continue nothing happens it donst reach the Access code stage, so please if The Viber Team can check about this. I have the same problem. I have an Iphone with the version 3.0 ( i do not want to upgrade). As soon as I come to the screen where I have to enter my phone number nothing happens - when I press "continue" it I will stay on the same screen and I will not be forwarded to the next (enter code).
Can I use Viber with the 3.0 version? why can I not enter my number?
Viber should work properly with iPhone V3.
the question is - is your phone unlocked or Jailbreak?
If so - it might affect your Push Notification feature of your iPhone, and this causes the "freeze" problem of the Continue screen.
Jailbreak or "unlocked" iPhone means that it was activated in an unofficial way.
This causes problems with the iPhone feature called Push Notifications (little windows that pop up on your iPhone screen).
When Push Notifications have problems, Viber also has problems, because it relies on that feature.
