Move contacts from Nokia 6700 classic to Iphone 4

Im waiting for my Iphone right now. How do i move the contacts from my Nokia the easiest way.

You would put them in a compatible program on your computer ( Outlook for example). Certainly Nokia has a way to get the contacts to your computer.

From there you sync them to iphone.

I have moved them to the computer with "content copier (.nbu file) but i dont know if that is supported by outlook. I dont know how to move them to the computer any other way.
