TouchCopy Issue - Contacts, Calendar, Notes, SMS

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to backup content from my iPhone 3G, and was recommended TouchCopy by a member of Apple Discussions.

TouchCopy has worked well for the iTunes and Photos content on my iPhone 3G - I can view and copy them. However, when I click on "Contacts", "Calendar", "Notes", or "SMS", I see a screen that says: "Please wait. TouchCopy is initiating data communications with your iPhone. This may take a few minutes".

I have left it for half an hour and no change.

I have followed two articles on their pages:

Unfortunately neither of these steps have resolved the issue.

I was wondering if anyone else out there has had the same problem? I've contacted the TouchCopy authors to try and get a resolution also.
