AirPrint and Dell Printers

Is there a compatibility issue? I recently purchased a Dell All-in-One wireless printer (v313W model). My iPhone 4 is on the same network as my printer but does not recognize any available printers when I select the print option.

What steps can I take if any?

"AirPrint requirements
To use AirPrint, you need one of the following devices running iOS 4.2 or later:

iPad
iPhone (3GS or later)
iPod touch (3rd generation or later)
You also need a printer that supports AirPrint. That printer must be connected to the same network as your iOS device.
