Hi I want to change the region of my ID on my iPad, can anyone please let me know how to do it, the way it should it doesn't through the settings.

I was having the same problem. Followed the steps previously written, to no avail. Found it was my ICloud account that was the problem. Did a full back-up, deleted ICloud account in Ipad settings and logged back in to ICloud using my new account. Problem solved. Hope this helps.
