Capital letters?
Can't "lock" the capital letters when switching from letters to numbers and back to letters again (it's now when capital letters won't "lock") on my iPod Touch. What to do?

If you will tap the arrow up button (next to the Z) 2 times really quickly, it will do caps lock.
I had the same issue, and the double-tapping did not work for me (confirmed that auto-lock was enabled). What did work was to press and hold the caps key (up arrow), then drag over to the desired letter. This seems to re-set the unit into all-caps mode, so if the next letter is lower-case then the caps key needs to be pressed again. Goofy, but it works.
