Urgent! Iphone 4 suddenly shut off

Anyone can help me??? I just bought iphone 4, and today while i taking pics using the camera, suddenly the phone shut off by itself. And i can't switch on again. Even i use the usb to connect to itunes also cannot. Anyone can help??? Urgent. Thanks.

Reset your phone:

Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release(ignore the slide to power off). If no change, plug into a wall outlet for at least 30 minutes & then try to reset again.

I have a similar problem.I live in Hungary I got my iPhone 4 few day ago from Romania. It's a factory unlocked (16GB) i activated via iTunes. It's great and i love it, but i have a big problem. The phone is shutdown randomly. So for example i play with a game, or i close a programme or i start something, but the iPhone is reboot, so Black screen for 3 seconds, then the silver Apple logo, and then the starter screen. I'm so nervous because it's new and i don't do anything bad with it. Please help me if you can 🙂

Try and get tech support. If you take it in, be sure to just return the phone and then buy a new one. If you take it to the apple store, they will exchange it for a refurb even though you paid full price for the phone to begin with.
