Dancing Icons

I just synced and subscribed to WiFi/3G. My screen comes up and all I can get are dancing icons. The reset button stops them from dancing but if I hit any icon they all start dancing again.

Any thoughts for an iPAD newbie ?

HI and welcome...

Click the Home button once.

If that doesn't help, restart your iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
