Poor Customer Service

I have been using Apple products for more than 4 years and I have never had issues with service until today. I recently had a charging issue with my iphone and had been taking with apple care multiple times after receiving incorrect information I requested to file a complaint. During my discussion with the lady in the complaint depart she actually laughed at me and was so rude and not helpful at all. She offered to send me a free apple t-shirt which to me was a slap in the face. I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. This experience has serious made me think about not using mac products anymore.

Tip: If for any reason you are having problems getting an issue resolved with an Apple product, stop calling and dealing with support. Call Apple and ask to be transferred to "Customer Relations." Calmly explain the situation with them and give them all the case numbers you have so far. They will do what it takes to make you happy. They key is to be patient. Usually if they can't fix a product in three repair attempts, they will replace it.
